At Icon-X, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for easy returns on all unworn fashion items. All returned apparel must be in its original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Icon-X account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn garments back into their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
