The Story
The art deco movement inspired the Tonneau shaped case that presents itself consistently in the Evidenza collection. The word Tonneau comes from the French word for Cask. With “flinque” dials, the design has an interesting depth. This unique pattern of intersecting lines fanning out from the centre of the dial can be observed in a large cross-section of the collection's timepieces. The casing has a flat bottom with the bezel being slightly curved, making it appear as a wine barrel from the side. An array of options is presented to you in terms of the dial finish, with Roman and Arabic numbers, and some dials also making use of diamond indexes as opposed to numbers.
